More usually I want to trigger one because the camp is empty! You can have a problem with unconscious thralls disappearing. If possible, put a chest as far away from the NPC camp as you can (while staying in render range of the camp). Their respawn rate depends on the server settings, just have to wait the designated time. I’m farming thrall camps for named crafters on Siptah and I’ve observed that some camps respawn thralls immediately when I leave by a certain distance and come back, but other camps don’t.
